The Crest of the College gives a message regarding the mission and goal cherished by this noble institution. The crest is marked by the presence of lotus, which stands for knowledge and the lamp stands for wisdom. This institution therefore has taken up the responsibility of removing ignorance and bestowing knowledge and wisdom upon women section of the society.
The Motto of the College is “असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।”
असतो मा सद्गमय ।
Asato means untruthful, Ma means do not, Sat means truth, Gamay means lead.”
